Donal McGrath

Donal McGrath, born and raised in the picturesque county of Waterford, is more than just a driver guide; he’s a connoisseur of the open road and a maestro of hospitality. From the winding lanes of his homeland to the fairways of prestigious golf courses around the world, Donal’s journey has been as rich and diverse. Donal has been a professional driver all throughout his professional career and has had the opportunity to work in almost 30 countries.

Donal is also a keen golfer, ‘My favourite courses in Ireland include any of the links courses in Co Donegal and also the magnificent Concra Wood course in Castleblaney, County Monaghan, which has been designed by Ireland’s two most legendary golfers, Christy O’Connor Snr and his nephew Christy O’Connor Jnr’.

Donal has competed in several national competitions throughout the years and after many attempts he won the Presidents Cup in 2011. When Donal isn’t working he spends his time finding new areas and regions to play, ‘I spend a lot of time in Portugal, mainly playing golf on some of the world’s most magnificent courses’.
